SUMMARY:

Villa Onyx is a gorgeous beachside 2 bed 3 bath villa located at Las Ventanas within the exclusive St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande. Villa Onyx is steps from the beach and pool, boasts a private terrace with garden views, has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living room, and comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 1 king bed and 2 full beds. Villa Onyx guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Boathouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Villa Onyx is part of the Bahia Beach Refined Luxury Rental Program which includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, a 4-person golf cart, and a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation.

1) MONTHLY RATES: We have monthly and longer term rates available if you are interested in an extended stay at a fully furnished, turn key property. Please reach out for pricing and availability. 

2) PRE-ARRIVAL COVID TESTING: The Governor announced on June 30th that every person traveling to Puerto Rico from July 15th onwards should arrive with a negative COVID-19 test result or will have to take a COVID-19 test at the airport. Travelers with positive test results will have to stay at their rented property for the duration of their stay, or 14 days. The test result has to be from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival on the island.

3) Due to the current situation with COVID-19 daily housekeeping and butler services are not available at Casa Estancias until further notice. 

LIVING AREAS:

The centerpiece of Villa Onyx is an expansive terrace with garden views. The terrace has seating for 6 adults and seamlessly connects to the living and dining room. The living room boasts modern decor, ocean views, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining room has a 5 person dining table and is adjacent to the kitchen which has a breakfast bar with seating for 6. 

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with its high-end appliances, European finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room. The kitchen also has a separate wet bar with a wine cooler.

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with a hot tub, shower, and double sink, a flat-screen TV, beach views, and direct access to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds, a dedicated bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 

PLEASE NOTE: The second bedroom photo is outdated. This bedroom has been updated to two side by side full beds.

Villa Onyx includes the daily resort fee so that guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. • Full Gym: Brand new, top of the line gym facilities are available 7 days a week. 
• Beach watersports: The beach water sports facility offers classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. 
• Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the boathouse at Bahia Beach which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park. 
• St. Regis Restaurants and Spa: Reservations at the St. Regis restaurants and spa can be made directly with the hotel or through Villa Onyx’s dedicated concierge. 

CONCIERGE:

As part of the Refined Luxury Rental Program, Villa Onyx includes a dedicated Concierge for all reservations. Your concierge will be there to perform an in-person check-in on the day of your arrival and help you get situated in the villa. The Concierge is also available to help coordinate pre-stocking prior to arrival and any reservations guests would like to make during their stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 11:00 am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. 
• All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children
• Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
• Subletting not allowed
• Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
